Zale Geller is a sick man

Zale Geller is a very disturbed individual who formally worked at Flight Centre Canada As a "Project manager" which would be a stretch as he virtually did nothing. Unfortunately Zale Geller twice physically assaulted a fellow employee in a position bellow him at Flight Centre. After that Zale threatened the employee the if they reported it to anyone with Flight Centre he would "destroy" their carrier at the company. This continued for several months until his manager became aware of the situation and he was quickly removed from the company. Zale Geller is manipulative, abusive, disturbed and should be avoided at all cost both socially and every employer should understand the liability of taking this person on board.

Flightcentre, West Vancouver, Park Royal, BC, Canada ripping off customers

I was planning a trip to Europe and dropped in to the Flightcentre here in West Vancouver, Park Royal Branch to check the prices. The lady told me the best price she can give me is about CDN $1800.00 and that I should hurry, because it is high season and there aren't too many places left. I asked her if she is quoting me the price the airline charges them and she said yes. So, I booked the flight and paid by Visa. When I came home I have checked the website of Air Berlin and for the SAME FLIGHT for the same days (three flight #'s were the same, one different, but only a few hours difference), they quoted me EUR 1085.00, which is converted to Canadian Dollars about $1368.00. This price already included all the taxes. I called Flightcenter to ask them how is this possible? Why are they charging me $400 more when I was told they get their commission from Air Berlin and not from the customer? The girl I was talking to kept repeating that one price is in Euros the other in Canadian Dollars, but that doesn't answer my question. No matter what I asked she just kept repeating the same thing like a parrot. I asked her if I could cancel and book online with the Arline directly and she said I would have to pay something about $480.00 for the cancellation. And this at 7 pm, when I did the booking just a few hours before. So, even if I cancel with them it would cost me just as much. I feel totally ripped off. I fell for the lie that this is the best price and that they don't charge anything on top of what the Airline does. When I tried to call the toll free number to complain and I got the same girl who hung up on me before. She said I was rude when I told her Please, don't keep repeating that those prices are in Euro, because this does not answer my questions. Same thing happened to me last year at another Flightcentre here in West Vancouver, Marine Drive. They charged me more than the Airline, but when I went back they did give me a refund and apologized. Obviously, this one branch is very greedy and the salespeople are being trained to lie to customers. I am going to report them to Air Berlin. I don't think they want them to cheat their customers by getting a commission once from the airline and once from the customer. I highly recommend NOT to book with this branch of Flightcentre if you don't want to get ripped off.

lol - this was your fault you know... why depend on someone else to sort out your flights when you were going to check yourself. You realize that you can book flights in 5 mins direct through the airline don't you; you gullible twit!
